In order to learn a profession, we strongly believe that practical training should be part of the education programme. In The Netherlands the system of working and learning is well developed. Also, Endurance has many years of experience in the (further on) developing of this system. Our role is to develop, organize and guide. In earlier projects we worked together with all levels of stakeholders as ministries, schools and small, medium and larger companies.  

In EU projects we have been active to introduce and/or improve the system of working and learning in partner countries. We strongly believe that it has an important role in the way from school to labour market.
