As an EVTA Board member Endurance is a partner in KA3 – Support for Policy Reform Networks and Partnerships of Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers action. The main idea of the project is to strengthen the cooperation within the VET4EU2 platform - improve quality and efficiency of VET, propagating the concept of excellence in VET and enhance VET’s impact and relevance for learners/employers, build transnational cooperation and share best practices on VET excellence, adopting bottom up approaches to valorise local contributions.

The main objective of the project was to facilitate job integration for jobseekers following a training, facilitate access to training for jobseekers and make it more accurate according to their profile, implicate more companies and tutors during internship into assessment process and develop partnership between training organisations and companies.

Erasmus+ co-funded project which aim is to facilitate return of parental leavers to the labour market. The project aims to create Dashboard for the automatic tracking of digital learning episodes of the individuals: learners, employees, professionals, whether the context of that learning is formal, non-formal, or informal. The main purpose is to help learners recognize what they have learnt; to facilitate gathering evidence of their learning and to present these in ways that are meaningful to the employers and other audiences.

The main objective of the SCOLA project is to develop an innovative and efficient training curriculum which provides the teachers in VET a new approach which supports the development of career-building skills and competences. It includes methods for teachers to be able to identify and develop those competencies of students which can help them in a smooth entrance from the school into the labour market.
